CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE
Prenotazione minima 7 giorni. Per prenotazioni inviare l’acclusa scheda e una caparra penitenziale (art. 1386 C.C.) di:
- per posto campeggio e 100.00. Per appartamento o bungalow , in bassa e media stagione e 120.00 per settimana, in alta stagione e 150.00 per settimana. L’accettazione delle prenotazioni è subordinata alla disponibilità dei posti; diverrà definitiva con la conferma della Direzione. Nell’assegnare le piazzuole si cercherà di tenere conto delle esigenze dei clienti, ma non si possono assolutamente assicurare posti lago, vicini, ecc. Il campeggio Zocco avrà l’obbligo di tenere la riservazione per due giorni soltanto nel caso che il cliente avvisi del posticipato arrivo; l’intero periodo prenotato dovrà comunque essere
sempre corrisposto. La piazzuola/appartamento sarà a disposizione dalle ore 16.00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere lasciata libera entro le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza (ore 12.00 per le piazzole). Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato all’arrivo. Il mancato arrivo o la rinuncia alla prenotazione comporterà la perdita della caparra. |

RESERVATION TERMS
7 - days minimal reservation. For the reservation, send the annexed card with a deposit (Art. 1386 C.C.):
- for Camping-place of e 100.00 - for a flat or a Bungalow , in the off and between season of e 120.00 per Week, in the high-season of e 150.00 per Week. The reservation acceptance is depending from the place availability and will become definitive only after the direction confirmation. When we allocate the laybies, we try to take into consideration all the customer’s needs, but we cannot guarantee the lake places or near-by places, and so on. The Zocco camping will be obliged for the booking only two days, should the customer advise us of his delay; anyway, the whole period has to be paid in any case. The layby/flat will remain available from 4 pm of the arrival day and is to be set free before 10 am of the departure day ( 12 am for the laybies). The amount due has to be settled on arrival. Every failed arrival or reservation resigned imply the loose of the deposit. |

RESERVIERUNGSBESTIMMUNGEN
Mindestaufenthalt bei Reservierungen 7 Tage. Für Reservierungen bitte das Formular beiliegend benutzen. Es ist ein Handgeld zu leisten (Art. 1386 I.B.G.): - für Standplatz e 100.00 - für Wohnung, oder Bungalow, in der Vor-nach Saison und Übergangszeit e 120.00 pro Woche, in der Hochsaison e 150.00 pro Woche. Reservierungen haben nur mit der Unterschrift der Direktion Gültigkeit und sie sind von dem Platzangebot abhängig. Bei der Zuteilung der Stellplätze versuchen wir selbstverständlich den Wünschen unserer Gäste in Bezug auf Seenähe, Freundeskreis usw. gerecht zu werden, können wir jedoch nicht dafür garantieren. Sollte sich Ihre Ankunft verschieben, bitten wir Sie, uns davon in Kenntnis zu setzen. Nur so können wir Ihnen die Vorausbestellung für weitere zwei Tage gültig halten. Sollte sich Ihr Gesamtaufenthalt verzögern, informieren Sie uns bitte rechtzeitig!In jedem Fall muß jedoch der Gesamtbetrag bezahlt werden. Der Stellplatz und das Appartement stehen ab 16 Uhr des Anreisetages zu Ihrer Verfügung. Am Abreisetag muß der Stellplatz bis spätestens 12.00 Uhr, das Appartement bis spätestens 10 Uhr verlassen werden. Falls Sie Ihren Urlaub nicht antreten können oder die Reservierung rückgängig machen, verfällt die Anzahlung zu unseren Gunsten. Der Betrag ist bei der Ankunft zu begleichen. |

CONDITIONS DE RESERVATION
Réservation minimum de 7 jours. Pour réserver, envoyez la fiche ci-jointe et des arrhes (Art. 1386 C.C.):
- pour emplacement de e 100.00 - pour appartament ou bungalow, en hors et moyenne saison de e 120.00 par semaine, en haute saison de e 150.00 par semaine. L’acceptation des réservations est subordonnée à la disponibilité des places et va devenir définitive lors de la confirmation de la part de la direction. Lors de l’assignation des place; on essaiera de respecter les exigences des clients, sans pouvoir par contre assurer l’assignation des places avec vue sur le lac, ou des places voisines, etc. Le Camping Zocco s’engage à ne garder valable la réservation que pour deux jours, au cas où les clients l’informe de son arrivée délayée; toute la période réservée devra être en tout cas entièrement reglée. La place/l’appartement sera disponible à partir de 16 h du jour de l’arrivée, et devra être quitté avant 10 heures du jour du départ (12 heures pour les places). Vous devez régler le solde à votre arrivée. L’arrivée manquée ou la rénonciation à la réservation comportent la perte des arrhes. |
